Sprayseal is a carbon and chloride resistant water-based siloxane that acts as a water repellant layer that remains breathable for brick, plaster, grout, tiles, existing paint work and concrete substrates. Sprayseal also prevents cracking, staining, and other damages to masonry work that are related to water intrusion.
